The Cooper Team are Pat and Bob Cooper
Pat came from a family with interest in real estate…her grandfather was in construction in the 30’s. Her parents held a small amount of investment properties that her grandfather had built. None of this seemed important then, but some awareness and knowledge lead her into a real estate career.
Bob’s background is strong in sales. His mother was very successful in the sale of burial plots (real estate?), and the all-important work ethic came from his dad. Both of these qualities are beneficial to a successful real estate career.
”Our careers began in Glendora in home sales, and we moved to Orange County in 1990.” In 1998, Pat took a position in property management division of the real estate firm where she worked, and Bob soon joined her managing properties in South Orange County. The more experience they gained, the greater the level of service they were able to offer.
“We found working independently and creating our business within a business is successful and satisfying. We are able to provide the pro-active approach that we find very important. Referrals from our clients are a constant source of business.”
We live in San Clemente; we have children and grandchildren. The beach, golf, football, and good books are among ‘our favorite things’. We thank God every day; we are blessed.
